These Terms govern your use of the AIrReview iPhone app and this website (together, the “Service”), provided by GEEKDEV TECHNOLOGIES, SRL (“we”, “us”). By downloading, installing or using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
How we handle information — what you type about a guest, usage analytics, subscription events and the measuring of our ads — is explained in our Privacy Policy.
1. Licence to use the app
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use AIrReview on Apple devices you own or control, in line with these Terms and the App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell or distribute the app except where the law allows it.
2. What AIrReview writes, and who is responsible for it
AIrReview drafts a review from the ratings and notes you give it. The draft is written by an AI model and can be wrong, too strong, too weak or not what you meant. Read and edit every draft before you post it. The review you post is yours: you are responsible for it being true, fair and in line with the rules of the platform where you post it.
Write only what you know about the guest’s stay. Do not use the Service to post anything false, defamatory, discriminatory or private about a person.
AIrReview is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com or any other platform. Their names are used only to describe where hosts post reviews.
3. Free use
The app includes a number of free reviews, counted on your phone. After that, generating reviews needs a subscription.
4. Subscription and payment
- AIrReview PRO is sold as an auto-renewing subscription: weekly, currently $2.99 per week in the United States, or monthly, currently $9.99 per month after a one-week free trial. The price in your country is set by Apple and is shown in the app before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase, or at the end of the free trial.
- Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
- The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged within 24 hours before the period ends.
- Manage or cancel it in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
- Purchases are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple’s terms and refund policy. Refund requests go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
5. The service behind the app
Drafts are written by an outside AI provider. It can be slow, it can be unavailable, and a request can fail. We may add reasonable limits to keep the Service running for everybody.
6. Age
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Service, because it is a tool for people who host guests.
7. Acceptable use
Use the Service lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt it, to reach it by unauthorised means, to work around its limits, to extract the keys or code it uses, or to infringe anyone’s rights through it.
8. Intellectual property
The Service — its design, content, name, logo and software — belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property law. As between you and us, the drafts the app writes for you are yours to edit and post.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any draft will be accurate or suitable for any purpose.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages — including any consequence of a review you post. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Ending it
You can stop at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend or end your access, or the Service itself, if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue it.
12. Apple
These Terms are between you and us, not Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. Where the app is downloaded from the App Store, your use is also subject to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. Any maintenance, support and warranty obligations are ours alone, not Apple’s.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. When we do, we change the date at the top. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which GEEKDEV TECHNOLOGIES, SRL is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here affects mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
